We were very happy with Mr. LeMier's inspection of our retaining wall. He made sure we had it right but was also fast, friendly, flexible, reasonable, and inexpensive.

Garrett is personable and thorough. Whenever we needed clarification and adjustments he was there for us. We took our time making decisions but he never gave up on us or disappeared. He gave us a few different ways we could remove a load bearing wall - posts, a beam below the ceiling, beam above the ceiling between the joists and, our favorite, a beam above the joists combined with one post. His flexibility is much appreciated.

When buying a home, I highly recommend hiring him to come out in addition to just hiring a home inspector. Well worth the money.
