This project was a large custom ski home that had heated concrete second floors and a second story hot tub on the second story of a two story deck. Working with extremely high snow loads and higher than typical dead loads for the structure caused many fun and unique challenges that were solved with various flush steel and wood beams for the project. Overall the project turned out very well. Both the builder and architect did a great job incorporating the steel into the overall aesthetic of the building.
