What was the challenge?: When DL Engineering Inc. was hired to support the project, a general contractor had excavated a crawl space without proper shoring and undermined the integrity of the foundation. After a rainfall the structure had begun to collapse.

What was the solution?: DL Engineering Inc. was able to visit the property quickly and design a shoring plan to support the structure and avoid additional collapse. We then designed a permeant solution for the foundation and full basement.:
